small shield extenders can be useful on a bomb-fit manticore. you can't really fit a medium on a manti, but you can fit 2x smalls. Its enough to stop getting alpha'd by a zealot or hurricane.

You have clearly never fc'd a huge fight... But I do think that fleet size should be increased. 256 was set a while back as the upper limit. Would be convenient sometimes to be able to field more than that in a single fleet.
